A few weeks ago we featured a hot Scottish guy wearing a kilt (see here) and he proved to be very popular. So, here's another good-looking lad who wears a kilt, and nothing else beneath that!
The pervy guy who makes these videos was especially satisfied with this new find because the guy wearing the kilt is not only well-built and masculine, but also has an amazing soft dick and balls that can be clearly seen fro underneath his kilt. He was clueless to the fact that he was being recorded and that his video would be posted on the internet.
By the way, if you may have wondered why these men don't wear any underwear beneath their kilts, it's actually their custom! Traditionally, men do not wear any underwear while wearing a kilt, and that custom has remained to this day. This custom of no underwear started with the Scottish Highland Regiments, and eventually it became the norm even for the civilian men.
That is where the terms “going regimental” or “going commando” actually come from.
